This covers czfirearms.net only.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone if given, items ordered, your dealer's details and any notes.
• Payment data: entered on our payment provider's page and processed by them. We never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: standard request logs (IP, browser) used to serve pages and block abuse.

Cookies and storage

Your cart is stored in your own browser. We run no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers.

Use

To process the order, arrange the transfer, answer support email and keep the records a firearms sale requires. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

• Your FFL dealer, to receive and transfer the firearm
• The shipping carrier
• Our card payment provider

Retention

Order records are kept as long as firearms sale records must be kept, then deleted.

Your rights

Email support@czfirearms.net to see, correct or delete your data. We delete whatever the law does not require us to keep.
