The new Prodigy Compact downsizes the 1911 DS platform and enhances it with a carry-driven feature set. Available with a 3.5″ or 4.25″ bull barrel, this versatile handgun is built around a 15-round double-stack magazine and features a compact polymer grip module mounted to a lightweight billet aluminum frame. A shortened beavertail and recontoured hammer further reduce the Compact’s overall footprint. The precision, single-action trigger of the 1911 has been the gold standard for over a century. With a clean pull and crisp break, ready for taking precision shots at distance, the Prodigy employs this design for unbeatable control.

• Extended Ambi Thumb Safety – To allow use with either hand, the 9mm Prodigy features an extended ambidextrous frame-mounted safety
• U-Notch Sight Picture – The green fiber optic or tritium front sight of the Prodigy pairs with a black serrated u-notch rear for easy sight alignment.
